Cannot see PC-CCTV applications Icon in the System tray

If you cannot see icon of PC-CCTV program in the notification area, click the arrow next to the notification area to show or hide notification area icons.

If you still cannot see the icon - start PC-CCTV program again. Don't worry you won't start two PC-CCTV application.
